Meet Grandma Marianne during her visit to the local photographer, where she talks about her initial feeling of being out of place in Austria.
Grandma Marianne was born 1925 in Čonoplja, a small village belonging to Hungary back then. She was part of the German-speaking minority of the «Donauschwaben» (Danube Swabians) in Vojvodina in present-day Serbia. During World War II she fled from her hometown to Austria, where she stills lives.
